I’ve been horrible posting lately, traveling to teach and getting the gym ready for the Open while finishing out our 10,000 swing challenge has been time-consuming. I am as always a week ahead of this log and do have a full week of training in the books, well to this point. I am also doing the CrossFit Open this year so that will be part of my training. So just know you’ll see those workouts pop up on here a week late. With that said this was a travel workout from last Friday after getting off a plane I did in my hotel.
Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic
Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
