Lookin’ pretty beefy
Feelin’ pretty beefy. My shoulder has been an issue going back a month I guess but at this point it is feeling damn good, weight overhead, pullups, burpees are not phasing it, lots of mobility work has paid off and ROM has improved. My hip flexors and knees have also really benefited from regular everyday work on what hurts and all that shit hurts less now.
In terms of diet, eating healthy as usual but really hitting the milk, red meat and fish oil with reckless abandon. This body needs carbs so I am not shying away from rice, bread, oatmeal etc. I am feeling the same way I did during the 1st CC where I saw massive gains and just felt good, it feels good to feel good.
I love that there is so much activity on the OCS Training Log from all of us, reminds me of the ol’ days.
I feel like ass butter. I got sick. Hurray bacteria.
